Will the quality or formatting change? +

No. pdf-lib copies pages directly without re-rendering them, so the original resolution, fonts, and layout are preserved exactly.

Can I reorder the files before merging? +

Yes. Simply drag the file cards up or down to rearrange the order. The final merged PDF will follow the order shown in the list.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs? +

If a PDF has an open/user password, you need to unlock it first before merging. Owner-locked PDFs (only printing/copying restricted) may still work as pdf-lib uses ignoreEncryption mode.
