By accessing or using Compress & Convert at debuggo.id/compress and its related pages ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Compress & Convert is a free suite of browser-based file tools provided by DebugGo, including but not limited to:

• Image Compressor (JPEG, PNG, WEBP)
• Image Converter (format conversion between JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP)
• PDF Compressor

All tools process files locally in your browser using JavaScript. No files are uploaded to or stored on our servers at any time.

3. Free to Use

The Service is provided free of charge with no registration required. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but the core tools described above will remain free.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Process files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the Service

5. Your Files and Data

Files you upload to our tools are processed entirely within your browser using local JavaScript APIs (Canvas API, pdf-lib). We do not have access to, cannot view, and do not store any files you process. You retain full ownership of all files you process using our Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and content of the Service are owned by DebugGo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Compression results will meet specific size targets for all file types
• Converted files will be fully compatible with all software applications
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DebugGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of files, or loss of image quality. Always keep backups of your original files before processing.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
