Apa Itu ATS?

ATS adalah perangkat lunak yang digunakan HRD untuk menyortir CV secara otomatis. ATS akan mencari kata kunci tertentu sesuai deskripsi pekerjaan. Jika CV-mu tidak mengandung kata kunci tersebut, CV-mu langsung tersisih.

Format CV yang Ramah ATS

1. Gunakan Format yang Sederhana

Hindari CV dengan desain terlalu kreatif, banyak tabel, kolom, atau grafik. Gunakan format satu kolom, font standar seperti Arial atau Calibri, dan simpan dalam format PDF atau DOCX.

2. Masukkan Kata Kunci dari Job Description
